The Estate is composed by 4 very nice apartments and a main room with his fireplace and the loft with living room and television will give you an relaxed moment:

“Apartment Terra”: located in the central part of the building it is developed in two floors: the ground floor and first floor. From the entrance your enter in the living room and from there in the big kitchen. In the first floor you have two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom in travertine tiles with shower.
“Apartment Aria”: the moving created with the loft make the flat more warm and close. It consists of a living-room with kitchenette in brickwork, one double bedroom furnished in “arte povera” and bathroom in travertine tiles with multifunctional shower.
