The property belongs to a well known sculptor of international fame, a very friendly and interesting person who lives in the '500 Florentine'-style master villa. The garden, where his workshop is also located, is a true open-air museum. For each unit, the owner personally oversaw the renovation work and furnishings, using his sculptors and his preferred material, travertine, for the bathrooms, the kitchens and the floors. Simple, essential furnishings, as is the artist's style, with a few Tuscan country pieces. Heating with electric heaters, hot water by means of a water heater.

Apartment Eva (6pax): Ground floor: small and sunny open living room with access to the terrace, dining room, open kitchenette (oven, 140lt fridge), one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower (window). First floor (partly under the eaves, steep access): one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, small bathroom (under the eaves) (washbasin, WC, bidet – max. height: 165cm). Private and equipped terrace (30 m²) with wood-burning oven/barbecue.

First floor (in the tower without door, accessed by means of a beautiful travertine spiral staircase): double bedroom (built-in bed support) with charming tiled vaulted ceiling, work of the owner. Large covered terrace (45m²) that is private and equipped, wood-burning oven/barbecue.
Apartment Fontane 2 (4+2pax): Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with open dining area (oven, 140lt fridge), double bedroom, bathroom with shower (window), small bedroom (can only be accessed from outside) with small double bed (140cm) with en suite bathroom with shower (window). 20m away is a pretty terrace (36m²) that is private and equipped and stands above the 'open-air' museum with wood-burning oven/barbecue.
