The Farmhous is surrounded by oak and cheastnut trees which create a particular fresh and clear atmosphere. They produce mais, barley, colza, olives. From the different terraces of the house (reserved to the guests), you can see on the right the whole Mugello Valley crossed by Sieve river, on the left the lights of Florence by night, while on the Arno river, crossing Casentino, it enters Florence. You can also visit the Giotto's birthhouse in Vicchio. At 30 Km there is the Casentino, one part of Tuscany less known but not less interesting than others. From here you can visit some "Pievi" and "Monasteri" as: La Verna, Camaldoli and Vallombrosa which demostrate the deep cristianity of these places.
In this beautiful setting of Tuscany, in a magical fusion of art, history and nature, the Farmhouse offers elegant and confortable flats, rounded by green gardens.
On guestes request, it is possible to use a large room with fire-place 60 mq, furnished with tables and chairs, in addition a kitchen 25 mq. and a bathroom with shower. This room can receive 30 people for parties or meetings. A big swimming-pool mt 6x12 is available for the guests. At 200mt from the houses there is a little lake, where the guests can go picnicking or fishing. In the estate it is possible trekking, b-cycle or learn the old tradition of the Tuscan cooking. The guests can also buy the organic Estate's products such as: marmelade, oil and vegetables.

"Il Forno": Indipendent house arranged an a unique floor, with a spacious living-room, kitchen with a wood oven, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and independent heating, very panoramic private terrace and a back garden.
"Gianna": Apartment mq. 100 with living-room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Central heating and independent entrance.

"Giulia": Apartment mq. 70 with kitchen-living room with fireplace, double bedroom, mansard with 2 single beds, store room and bathroom with shower. Independent heating.
