It has very ancient origins, and it is placed on the top of the hill, in the middle of two-ectars wood that was inhabitated in Etruscan age. It domined the Cecina Valley, offering a 360° landscape of typical tuscan villages, such as Querceto, Casaglia, la Sassa, Montescudaio, Casale and historical towns such as Volterra, Montecatini Val di Cecina and Pomarance. The Borgo boasts a great position from the sea (15min. about) and from the main artistic cities of Tuscany such Firenze, Siena, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano (from 30min. to 1 hour about by car).
The Borgo has 21 "Two-rooms" and "Three-rooms" apartaments, available all the year round.
