The Villa lies in open countryside, surrounded by 11 acres which are partly cultivated to produce extra virgin olive oil and wine, using organic agriculture. The owner lives in the property and owns two dogs and a cat. Comfortably furnished with antique furniture in Tuscan style. Independent heating. Access via a dirt road of 1km, not suitable for sports/low cars. The villa is composd as follows:
Ground floor: entrance hall with bathroom and dressing room with washing machine and sink in typical travertine stone.
Four steps lead to the dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob with 5 burners, oven, microwave, American coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, grinder, blender). Access to the garden with equipped pergola for meals.
From the gound floor 2 steps lead down into the living room with fireplace.
First floor, accessed by a wooden staircase: living room with fireplace and satellite TV, access to a small balcony with stairs to the ground floor, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower (window).
3 steps higher: 3 double bedrooms two of which have en suite bathroom with shower (window).
