The Estate consists of vineyards, olive groves and farm buildings, and occupies a superlative panoramic position. The well-known tourist destinations are within easy to reach, such as Lucca and Montecatini Terme (15kms) Pisa (30kms.), Florence (60kms.) and the beaches of Versilia (only 30kms.). The Estate is also surrounded by villages typical of the Garfagnana and by the historical Villas of Lucca. The accomodation offered has been recently restored and consists of 9 apartmens sleeping 2-6 people, and 6 guests-house-type rooms.
The apartments are in the central farm complex on a building adjacent to the main house. The are all furnished in the typical lucchese style and offer every amenity, such as central heating with indipendet controls, wall-safe, microwave oven, Sat-TV, telephone with direct line and private number. There is also a communal laundry-room with washing-machine, dryer and iron.
The 6 bedrooms are modern furnished with air conditioning, private bathroom with bathtube and shower, telephone with direct line, internet connection, Sat-TV, minibar.
There are spacious area outside for relaxing, with a swimming-pool, terrace with panoramic views and children’s playground. The farm offers the opportunity for wonderful walks.
The restaurant is a small hospitable place on the farm premises. It offers specialities from Lucca and the Garfagnana garnished with the own extravirgin olive oil.
